ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply for the B.Sc. Nursing course, candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50% marks, as applicable. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age by December 31st of the year of admission and must fulfill the applicable entrance examination requirements.
Academic Qualifications
Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board, such as CBSE, ICSE, or a State Board.
Mandatory Subjects: Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure a minimum of 45% to 50% aggregate marks for the general category and 40% for eligible reserved-category candidates (SC/ST/OBC), as per applicable regulations.
Age and Nationality Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years of age by December 31st of the year of admission. The upper age limit may vary depending on applicable government, university, or institutional regulations.
Nationality: Applicants must be Indian citizens or eligible Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders, subject to applicable regulations.
Additional Requirements
Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit and may be required to submit a valid medical fitness certificate at the time of admission.
Entrance Examinations: Admission to certain institutions and universities may be based on relevant state-level or national-level entrance examinations, such as CET, NEET-UG, AIIMS Nursing, or other applicable nursing entrance examinations, as prescribed by the concerned authorities.
